You can delete your Piquora account yourself, at any time, from inside the app. No email, no waiting, no request to approve.
Open Profile → Other Information → Delete Account. You will be shown exactly what is removed and asked to type DELETE to confirm. Deletion then happens immediately and cannot be undone.
If you have lost access to your device or can no longer sign in, email support@piquora.app from the email address registered to your account, with the subject line “Delete my account”. We only act on requests we can verify as coming from the account owner, so a request from a different address may need further confirmation. We complete verified requests within 30 days and confirm by reply.
Immediately, and permanently:
Support conversations and order notifications are stripped of your name and contact details rather than deleted, so that a shipment already in progress can still be traced by its order id.
If a print order is still being made or delivered when you delete your account, we keep only the delivery address for that order — a courier cannot deliver to a blank address. The order is immediately unlinked from you, and the address and any remaining print files are erased automatically once the order is delivered, cancelled, or fails.
The app tells you how many orders this applies to when you confirm deletion.
Payment and order records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law — we are not permitted to delete them on request. Records of a lifetime Pro purchase may be kept in anonymized form to honor legal obligations and prevent abuse. Retained records are no longer linked to a usable account and cannot be used to identify you.
Deleting your account does not refund a Piquora Pro purchase, and Pro cannot be restored onto a new account afterwards.
Your photo library always stays on your device. Deleting your Piquora account never touches the photos and videos on your phone. Piquora only ever stored the images you explicitly sent for printing — blur, duplicate and quality analysis runs entirely on your device and no photo is uploaded for it.
Uninstalling the app removes Piquora's local data from your device but does not delete your account — use section 1 for that.
