By using the Services you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Services, and you must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Certain features, such as payments and print orders, may require you to be the age of majority in your jurisdiction or to have the consent of a parent or guardian.
Piquora helps you organize your personal media — reviewing, culling, favoriting, captioning, and building collages from the photos and videos already on your device — and lets you order physical prints of images you select. Most processing happens on-device; some features require an account, payment, or the upload of selected images (for print orders).
You agree not to:
Move and delete actions may require device-level confirmation. Once confirmed by the operating system, media changes may be difficult or impossible to reverse. You are solely responsible for reviewing destructive actions before confirming them and for keeping backups of important files. Piquora is not liable for media lost through actions you confirm.
You retain all rights to your photos and videos. For print orders only, you grant Piquora and its printing and delivery partners a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, reproduce, print, and ship the ordered images solely to fulfil your order. This licence ends when the order and its support window are complete.
The Services, including the Piquora name, logo, software, design, and content we provide, are owned by Piquora or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you to use the Services, no licence to our intellectual property is granted.
The Services rely on third parties (including Supabase, Razorpay, Google Play, Google AdMob, and printing/delivery partners). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and Piquora is not responsible for their acts or omissions.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time, and media access behavior varies by operating-system version, device, and permissions granted. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that media processing will always succeed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Piquora and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) INR 1,000. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Piquora and its officers, employees, and partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right (including printing content you do not have the rights to use).
You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account deletion via the Account Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including licence grants for pending orders, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any non-waivable consumer rights, the courts at the seat of Piquora's operations in India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services. We encourage you to contact us first at support@piquora.app so we can try to resolve any dispute informally.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notified in the app. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
